HCCRI
HCCRI is a three-day international relations simulation for pre-university students held annually at
Hwa Chong Institution. At HCCRI, delegates explore the policymaking processes at multilateral
institutions (e.g. the United Nations) and the dynamics of diplomacy by assuming the roles of
plenipotentiaries and world leaders. HCCRI is an exciting opportunity for young leaders to debate
the pertinent foreign policy issues and craft innovative solutions.
HCCRI is the leading conference in the local pre-university MUN circuit. Our committees are
recognised for their high academic rigour and quality, inspiring thoughtful discourse and
challenging debate.
HCCRI XI will remain in an online format. Delegates can explore a wide range of committees, from old
favourites like the United Nations Security Council to exciting futuristic crisis simulations.
Whether you're completely new to MUN, or a veteran of the circuit, you'll find something that
appeals to you.
