Climate change, rising economic uncertainties, heightened international tensions - we are confronted with a world riddled with various challenges that have the ability to disrupt our lives in unfathomable fashions. As mankind advances, we are bound to face numerous waves of such “chaos”. Rather than shying away from them, the world - masses, politicians, nations - has to work together to confront them, as one.

HCCRI 2023 aims to expose delegates to a plethora of geopolitical issues that plague our world and to gain insights into the conundrum faced on the national and international stage in the world of policymaking. HCCRI 2023 hopes to empower delegates to embody the spirit of international collaboration, working together to derive their own innovative solutions rather than riding the tide.
